Information we collect
When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and your restaurant's name. When your restaurant takes orders, we process order and customer information on your behalf as a data processor.
How we use information
We use your information to provide the service, communicate with you about your account, and improve the product. We do not sell your information.
Payment information
Noshtech does not process payments. Card payments are handled by the payment processor you connect (e.g. Stripe, NMI). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Data retention
We retain account and order data for as long as your account is active and as required to comply with our legal obligations.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
