The service
Noshtech provides online-ordering software for restaurants, including a branded storefront, staff tablet application, and related tools.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Plans and billing
The Free plan is offered at no cost. Paid plans bill on a calendar-month cycle and may be prorated on signup and cancellation. We do not charge a commission on your orders. Noshtech does not process payments; payment processing is provided by the processor you connect, and any processing fees are set by and paid directly to that processor.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms the service or other users.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
